The Sugatsune IF Soft Closing Mechanism For Inset Receding Doors uses patented Lapcon technology to allow for safe and smooth operation. Heavy duty lid stays, spring loaded stays and multi-angle lid stays are also available.

Lapcon Horizonal Flipper Door, Incorporates patented Lapcon technology for soft, smooth, closing. For inset doors only. Adjustable closing speed. Successfully passed 30,000 open/close private cycle tests. Designed to operate at room temperature 32°-104°F. IF-102S uses one soft down stay while the IF-102W uses two soft down stays.
