1. Provide the full name, address, and postal code of the school or other ultimate user. We require this information to register serial numbers and key systems to each specific installation. This enables us, on future orders, to continue with or avoid the key system of record, and ensures non-duiplication of serial numbers already in use. Failure to provide end user information will delay processing the order.
2. Indicate which key system we are to extend. Many installations use the same lock model but serveral different key systems. The key system stamped on control keys and master keys currently in use. If a new key system is required, one different from any now in use at the installation, state your order "furnish new key system."
3. Each type of Master Lock built-in combination lock has two model numbers; one for locker door hinged on the right as you face the doors, and one for the left hinged doors. For example, the Master No. 1630 mounts only on right hinged doors, while Master No. 1631 can be used only on doors hinged on the left. Be certain to check your application and specify the correct lock model for the lockers involved. This will avoid costly and time-consuming replacements. Since lockers vary in styles and design, your PadlockOutlet representative is available to assist in determining the correct lock to be used on your particular application.
4. Replacement Control Charts: Replacement control charts are available at a $100.00 net price per individual chart request.
