Grade 1 Concealed Vertical Rod Exit Device For Metal Doors

MCVR7700 & FMCVR7700 Specifications:

  • LBR (Optional) -No bottom strike. Free access for wheel chairs, stretchers and carts which eliminates tripping and potential disfiguration of floors due to dragging of bottom bolts.
  • For Doors: Metal. 1¾" (44.5mm) minimum thickness 4½" (114mm) minimum stile width.
  • Chassis: Nonferrous alloy (Panic Grade), steel (Fire Grade).
  • Chassis Cover: Non-ferrous plated material.
  • Mounting: Furnished standard with machine screws.
  • Hand: Handed. Easily field reversible. Specify at time of order LHR, RHR for convenience.
  • End Cap: Brass, Bronze or Stainless Steel construction.
  • ANSI Standard: A156.3, Grade 1.

Escutcheon Dimensions

  • 2-5⁄16" width × 8½" length. Lever length: 4¾". Fits and covers 2⅛" 161 cutout.
  • ENTRANCE CVRESC7700 or ICCVRESC7700 or ICSCCVRESC7700 Clutch Entrance. Key locks or unlocks escutcheon trim. Operates as classroom function. ANSI Function - 63

Keyway

  • 6 pin solid brass "C" keyway Mortise Cylinder standard.
  • Optional: Schlage E, Schlage C-K, Russwin D1-2-3-4, Corbin 59⁄60, Sargent LA-LB-LC, Falcon/Weiser E, Arrow A, Yale 8, Yale GA and Kwikset. Can also accept Medeco, Assa, Kaba and Cal-Royal (HSK) High Security Cylinders.
