Applications

The heavy duty QML100 series mortise locks are designed for institutional and commercial uses such as educational, health care and industrial facilities where a long-lasting, highly durable product is required.

Performance Features

Tested to exceed 2,000,000 cycles, surpassing the 1,000,000 required to meet Grade 1 certifcation.
Patented clutching mechanism standard.
Thru-Bolt design and heavy-duty spring tension provides longer performance life and prevents lever sag.
ADA compliant thumbturn.
Mortise case is easily field reversible.
Pre-assembled trims with spring loaded spindles automatically adjust to door thickness and reduces installation time.
Partial security seperator prevents spindle manipulation.
Anti-friction throwbolt.
